Fareed is a 48-year-old Toronto-based artist, musician and healthcare worker. He is also a husband, son, brother, cousin, uncle, son-in-law, brother-in-law, and a deeply loved friend.

He is living with Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC) and high-grade dysplasia throughout his bile ducts, cells that can turn into an aggressive and often fatal cancer called cholangiocarcinoma.
We are in a race against time to get him a liver transplant before that happens.
A liver transplant is the only cure. A living donor is his best chance.
